We will ship all paid orders placed during normal business hours with no issues, Tuesday thru Saturday, within 24 hrs.
Sunday and Monday orders and Saturday after hours orders will be processed within 48 hrs.
Orders over $250 will be held for review for 48hr until we are sure we've got it right!
To pick up your order from the shop, please provide us with verification of your order (ex: name, personal info, confirmation #, receipt.... etc.) Shop pick-ups will be available during normal business hours:
Tues-Thurs 10-4 Fri-Sat 9-3 We are closed on Sundays, and Mondays currently.
While we make every effort to keep our inventory counts accurate, the nature of fabric sales means we may be short from a time to time. In the event of a shortage, we will attempt contact first. If contact can not be established within 5 (five) business days, we will process a refund for the missing amount and send what we have.
If we are short by a small amount (less than 1 yd), but have fat quarters of the same fabric, we will send those.
We will make every effort to send your fabric in 1 continuous piece, but occasionally, especially with large purchases, more than one piece may sent (ex: for a 12 yard order we may send an 8 yd piece and a 4 yd piece) BACKINGS, however, will always be sent in one continuous piece unless we ok it with you otherwise.
